(4): Custom lipo battery application is based on buyers requests,
such as this customs 553640, width is 36mm and length 40mm, square
size for special requests, other size are available custom;
Electrical characteristics:
1. if your device still have a PCM protector board lie on
motherboard of your device. it will can't work well.
please remove off this PCM from our this li battery. so this
battery can work well.
2. if your old one li battery have a PCM board on top of li
battery. please instead this old pcm to our new li battery . maybe
our PCM board don't fit your device. each device there are
different requirements with PCM board.
3.Standard Charging method :0.5C (constant current)charge to
4.2V,then CV(constant voltage 4.2V)charge till charge current
decline to ≤0.05C
4. Rated Capacity : The capacity means the discharge capacity of
the cell, which is measured with discharge current of 0.2C with
3.0V cut-off voltage after standard charge.

After standard charging, fixed the cell to vibration table and
subjected to vibration cycling that the frequency is to be varied
at the rate of 1Hz per minute between 10Hz an 55Hz,the excursion of
the vibration is 1.6mm.The cell shall be vibrated for 30 minutes
per axis of XYZ axes.
----- Drop Test : No fire/ no leakage.
The cell is to be dropped from a height of meter twice onto
concrete ground.
